Lessons Learned with some tips:

Mental Health Awareness is not just for the month of May but for all days and months of the year:

  • Without mental health, there is no physical health.
  • Mental health issues can affect physical health and vice versa.
  • Connect with friends and families.
  • Be empathic to others.
  • Be compassionate to yourself and others
  • Plan to engage in a wellness domain with a goal (even if it’s one at a time).
  • Re assess the goal or domain and continue cycle to the next domain.
