Mental Health Awareness Month: Lessons learned.

Lessons Learned with some tips:
Mental Health Awareness is not just for the month of May but for all days and months of the year:
- Without mental health, there is no physical health.
- Mental health issues can affect physical health and vice versa.
- Connect with friends and families.
- Be empathic to others.
- Be compassionate to yourself and others
- Plan to engage in a wellness domain with a goal (even if it’s one at a time).
- Re assess the goal or domain and continue cycle to the next domain.
